What are Orange Side Dishes for a Potluck?

Lots of people use artificial coloring to make a dish fit into a color party, but I am not a fan of this practice. Whenever you change the color of a dish, you typically make it less appealing to the eyes.

The only real exception of this is if you are making a dessert that includes a frosting, dipped in colored chocolate, or has sprinkles.
